Accreditation Decisions - Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs

Notice of the following accreditation and related decisions is provided to the U.S. Department of Education by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) following accreditation meetings.  Only those programs reviewed at the May 2014 Council meeting are listed.  Anyone interested in the accreditation status of all nurse anesthesia programs can find this information in the official List of Accredited Educational Programs.  The current issue of this publication also identifies programs with accredited CRNA completion degree programs.  Questions can be directed to the Council's office by contacting us at accreditation@coa.us.com or (847) 655-1160.

Arkansas State University College of Nursing and Health Professions School of Nursing, State University, AR

Public Disclosure Statement
The Arkansas State University College of Nursing and Health Professions School of Nursing was granted continued accreditation for 10 years effective May 30, 2014.  The program was found in full compliance with the Standards for Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.  Given this action, the program will be scheduled for its next consideration of continued accreditation in Spring 2024.  The COA may change this to an earlier time as a result of new or additional information, changes in the activities of the program, or changes needed in the accreditation review schedule.
